Key responsibilities and achievements:

• Leads transformation initiatives that convert manual processes into automated, exception-based workflows with direct ownership from concept to production deployment.
• Has resulted in a total of over 3,000 hrs/yr in saved capacity, as well as scalability and strengthened quality control processes.
• Participates as a technical subject matter expert in the UBS/Credit Suisse Asset Servicing integration.
• Coordinates cross-functional implementations, including complex cultural and geographic coordination.
• Builds team capability and long-term maintainability through training programs, documentation, and structured knowledge transfer.
• Designed and implemented dashboards and decision-making processes with Power BI to communicate complex operative data to senior management.

UBS AG, Zurich — Asset Management Operations

Responsible for trade processing and operational support across investment funds, ensuring timely and accurate settlement, exception management, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external counterparties in a highly regulated environment. Acted as subject matter expert (SME) for the team.

Key responsibilities and achievements:

• Optimized matching and settlement processes, reducing operational risk and manual effort.
• Designed and implemented an issue management system that streamlined coordination, prioritization, and communication.
• Automated reporting to senior management, providing real-time visibility across the operations team — the solution was adopted by leadership.

UBS AG, Zurich — Asset Management Operations

Managed tax, custody, and transaction charge processes across investment funds, ensuring accurate fee calculations, oversight of custodian activities, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities and achievements:

• Supported system migration through process analysis, quality assurance, data controls, and team training.
• Acted as liaison between onshore and offshore teams in improvement and follow-up activities.

Experis AG (UBS AM IT Project Office), Zurich

Supported the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives by coordinating project governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Worked closely with business and technology teams to maintain alignment, improve transparency, and support successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities and achievements:

• A3 Project (AM Global): Scoped, tracked, and planned the approach to changing the desktop environment across Asset Management, including successful migration in the US and APAC, and creating the business case and strategy for 2018.
• Security Change Project (AM Swiss): Main responsible for analysis of the project, resulting in a successful switch of approx. 400 users from 1FA to 2FA-enforced security, with minor risk and downtime for end users.
• Other projects: Backup Affirmation (meeting leader for Solution Managers on server backups) and BlackBerry Works (upgrading mobile device apps for Asset Management users).

FDM Group (Consultant to UBS), London / Zurich

Completed FDM's Business Analysis Academy, gaining practical training in business analysis, Agile delivery, requirements engineering, process modelling, testing, and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities and achievements:

• Completed the academy with the BCS certificate as the final exam.
• Started as consultant for client UBS in Switzerland to support business change and technology initiatives.
• Gained sound knowledge of asset management front-to-back processes and functions.
• Contributed to multiple transformation initiatives in UBS Asset Management operations.
